Someone will buy the piece of shit. Probably a chinese businessman. It's bullshit that the chinese middle class is coming over buying property a la carte in the US, and then if a roundeye wants to even bid on the property under his Beijing restaurant's feet, the Chinese gov't says "OK, we'll sell it to you for ten years and then it's ours again. Roundeyes don't own land in China."
